How Psychotherapy works

By discussing these issues in a judgement-free environment, you will gain a better understanding of yourself and your problems. 

Sessions run for 50 minutes and are usually held at the same time(s) every week. They don’t have to follow any set structure, and you’re free to talk about anything (or not talk at all). The sessions can be used to discuss both long and short-term problems.

I will hold any personal information divulged by you during therapy sessions in the strictest of confidence.

Betty Pruwer psychotherapistI am a fully qualified, experienced Psychotherapist who has worked in a wide range of counselling-related settings for more than 11 years. My therapy sessions can be conducted in either English or German, and are held at my quiet practice in Oxford Circus.
